The group was a pioneer of theme hotels in Antalya, having launched its third resort in 2003 and themed after the renowned ship Titanic. Since its opening, the property which was designed to resemble a cruise ship has grown to become one of the regions most iconic buildings. Subsequently, the group properties were all branded as Titanic properties.
